Law Firm Makes Move to 7 Times Square Tower
Avison Young has arranged a new 10-year, 27,488-square-foot lease for Norris McLaughlin across the entire 21st floor at Boston Properties’ 7 Times Square Tower. The law firm is relocating from its previous space at 875 Third Ave.
An Avison team of Mitti Liebersohn, Jennifer Ogden and J.C. Giordano represented Norris McLaughlin. Boston Properties was advised in-house by Andy Levin and Heather Kahn, and by CBRE’s Peter Turchin and Caroline Merck.
The law firm also awarded Avison’s Kirsten Beck and Melissa Urena project management duties for the buildout of its 7 Times Square Tower offices. Architectural firm Switzer will design the space.
“We conducted an exhaustive tour of other suitable options in the Midtown area, but 7 Times Square Tower really stood out as the ideal choice for a law firm space buildout that would improve operating efficiencies for Norris McLaughlin,” said Liebersohn.
