Law Firm Lowenstein Sandler Increasing DC Office Footprint

New Jersey-based law firm Lowenstein Sandler LLP has signed a lease to more than double the size of the company’s D.C. office.

The law firm is increasing its footprint by 25,564 square feet at 2200 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, giving it 41,152 square feet at the Foggy Bottom building, reported the Washington Business Journal. Lowenstein Sandler, which opened its first D.C. office in 2014, has additional offices in New York, Palo Alto, New Jersey, and Utah.

The firm will expand into the building’s seventh floor next year at the 459,000-square-foot building owned by BXP. 2200 Pennsylvania Avenue is situated between D.C.’s West End and Foggy Bottom neighborhoods, near Georgetown and the Central Business District. The building is located in the western portion of downtown in close proximity to hotels, dining and residential options.
