Law Firm Kellner Herlihy Renews at Midtown South Offices

Williams Equities has renewed law firm Kellner Herlihy Getty & Friedman, LLP for 10,427 square feet on the seventh floor of the North Tower at 470 Park Ave. South. Lease terms were not disclosed. Williams Equities recently acquired the boutique Midtown South office property as part of a larger, portfolio-wide investment strategy.

Michael T. Cohen, Andrew Roos, Mac Roos, Jessica Verdi and Rachel Kirkham of Colliers represented Williams Equities in leasing negotiations.  Williams Equities also noted several additional floors are available for lease in various sizes.

470 Park Ave. South consists of two adjoining office buildings, with office space consisting of 12 stories in the North Tower and 18 stories in the South Tower, ground-floor retail, and an indoor and outdoor amenity space on the ground floor. The property was dramatically transformed and rebranded with Energy Star construction, modern finishes and expansive open floor plans with abundant light and air, according to Williams Equities.
