Law Firm Katten Leases 5 Floors at Rock Center

Law firm Katten will occupy five floors totaling approximately 125,000 square feet at 50 Rockefeller Plaza within Tishman Speyer’s Rockefeller Center complex. The firm will relocate its New York office from 575 Madison Ave. Tishman Speyer is already the landlord at Katten’s Chicago headquarters.

“The move to a new office space in New York’s iconic Rockefeller Center is very exciting and will be another attractive aspect of Katten New York that helps us draw and retain top talent,” said Chris DiAngelo, managing partner of Katten’s New York office. “This relocation also will offer our attorneys, staff and clients a high-quality work environment at a premier destination.”

Katten was represented in negotiations by the firm’s Scott M. Vetri, Andrew L. Jagoda, Daphne V. Pendleton, Andrew C. Wu and Scott A. Hovanyetz, and by Cushman & Wakefield’s John Cefaly, Robert Lowe, Jon Herman and Evan Algier. Tishman Speyer was represented in house.
