Law Firm ECBAWM Expands Office at Rockefeller Center 

Law firm Emery Celli Brinckerhoff Abady Ward & Maazel LLP (ECBAWM) is expanding its office space by nearly 40%, moving from 600 Fifth Avenue to 1 Rockefeller Plaza. The firm will increase its space from 16,000 to 22,000 square feet. ECBAWM, founded in 1998, focuses on civil rights and commercial litigation practices. 

The new office at 1 Rockefeller Plaza, a 34-story Class-A building, offers access to Tishman Speyer’s ZO amenities, including lounges, wellness services, and exclusive experiences. Rockefeller Center, managed by Tishman Speyer, is undergoing a revitalization of its dining, shopping, and entertainment offerings. 

ECBAWM was represented by Zev Holzman of Savills and Paul Revson of Emerald Realty. Tishman Speyer’s in-house team included Blythe Kinsler and Samantha Augarten.
