Law Firm Consolidates Dallas Presence into Uptown Offices
Cincinnati-based law firm Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has consolidated two of its Dallas locations and will now occupy a floor at Rosewood Property Company’s Rosewood Court at 2101 Cedar Springs Rd. in Uptown. The long-term lease, which replaces two smaller offices, is for approximately 30,000 square feet, with occupancy slated for the third quarter.
“We have needed a place for all our attorneys to be under one roof for some time,” said FBT Dallas member in charge Dan Novakov, who launched the Dallas operation in 2015. “We are excited that place is the iconic Rosewood Court in Uptown. Our team’s desire for a collaborative layout in Uptown made Rosewood Court the perfect choice.”
Brooke Armstrong, Maggie Birnbach & Paul Whitman with JLL represented FBT. Rosewood Property’s Haley Collard advised ownership.
