Law firm Burke, Warren, MacKay, & Serritella has renewed its lease for more than 47,000 square feet at AMA Plaza, 330 N. Wabash Ave., in Chicago

Law Firm Burke Warren Renews Lease at Longtime Loop Offices

Savills arranged a multi-year lease extension on behalf of Burke, Warren, MacKay, & Serritella P.C. The law firm will remain at AMA Plaza, located at 330 N. Wabash Ave. in Chicago’s Loop, and will occupy more than 47,000 square feet.

Burke Warren is a longtime client of Savills chairman of North American brokerage Joe Learner, who negotiated the firm’s initial lease at the AMA Plaza more than 25 years ago. Learner said, “Burke Warren has remained an integral tenant at AMA Plaza since it relocated to the building in 1997. After exploring market alternatives, we determined their longtime home provides the location, building quality, and financial terms that meet the firm’s long-term business objectives.”

The firm will renovate its space to create a more modern and energizing officing environment.  Project management will be overseen by Savills senior managing director Rich Dale and associate director Laura Schueren.
