Law Firm Aronberg Goldgehn Relocates within Chicago Loop
Savills advised new client Aronberg Goldgehn Davis & Garmisa on a headquarters relocation. The 130-year-old law firm will relocate in early 2023 to a penthouse office suite on the top floor of 225 W. Washington in the Loop. Lease terms weren’t disclosed.
Savills vice chairmen John Goodman and Eric Feinberg and associate director Isabel Preskill were tapped to identify a new real estate strategy for the firm as it sought to elevate its office experience and support its evolving work style. The team collaborated with workplace strategist Dawn Dalson to develop multiple programmatic scenarios.
“Aronberg Goldgehn is forward-thinking with respect to utilizing office space,” said Goodman. “The opportunity at 225 W. Washington allows the law firm to support its flexible work model in a more effective setting and provides an optimal layout for offices and collaboration spaces. The firm can capitalize on significant pre-existing elements, including high-end finishes and furnishings.”
