Law Firm Allen Matkins Expands to NYC

Allen Matkins, a West Coast law firm focused on commercial real estate, is expanding to the East Coast with the opening of a New York office.

The New York office will be led by former McDermott Will & Emery partners Marshall Brozost and Alykhan Shivji, who have extensive experience in commercial real estate investment, including acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, financing, leasing, and more.
