Landsea Homes Corporation has opened sales at Lavender, a 128-townhome community in Sunnyvale, CA. Prices begin in the low $1 millions.

“We’re very excited to launch another unique townhome community in Sunnyvale and provide buyers with an opportunity for living that combines big city experiences with modern conveniences and small-town charm,” said Jim Suth, vice president of sales and marketing, Northern California division, Landsea Homes. “In the heart of Silicon Valley, Lavender has all the amenities and a central location that new home buyers desire, plus a very vibrant social and cultural Bay Area lifestyle.”

The new community features nine floorplans with options for single-level, two-story and three-story living. The homes range from 1,078 to 2,010 square feet. Lavender will feature a central community park and community building.
