Laundromat Service Leases Ground-Floor Space at Douglaston’s Williamsbridge Multifamily

Clinton Management, the property management affiliate of Douglaston Development, has arranged a 15-year, 6,200-square-foot lease, including a 20-car parking lot, with MWBE laundromat provider Laundrybee at 3254 White Plains Rd. in the Williamsbridge section of The Bronx. Upon opening in early 2023, Laundrybee will utilize the space as its inaugural Bronx location 

Kathy Zamechansky and Duley Panaigua of KZA Realty Group, Inc. represented the landlord, Douglaston Development, in the lease. Michael Raifaisen and Anthony Jurkovic of Commercial Retail Associates represented Laundrybee. 

“We’re thrilled to soon welcome Laundrybee to 3254 White Plains Road,” said Ryan O’Connor, president and CEO of Clinton Management. “Upon the new location’s grand opening early next year, Laundrybee will provide the community with an additional and vital laundromat resource.” 

3254 White Plains Rd. Is situated within the ground floor of Douglaston’s 700 Rosewood, a 125-unit moderate-income apartment community.
