Latitude Commercial to Manage Newly Developed Richton Park Property
Latitude Commercial has been assigned a property management agreement for full-service management of a 7,211-square-foot retail property in Richton Park, Illinois. The Latitude Property Management Division will oversee all aspects related to the full-service management for the new development. “The developer did a wonderful job with the construction and with filling the building with such a strong tenant mix,” said Ryne Pishkur, director of property management at Latitude Commercial.
Latitude Commercial provides commercial real estate services such as purchasing, leasing, landlord representation, tenant representation, and commercial property management throughout Illinois and Indiana.
