Latitude Commercial has been assigned a property management agreement for full-service management of a 7,211-square-foot retail property in Richton Park, Illinois. Located at the intersection of Sauk Trail and S Cicero Avenue, the retail development is home to national franchises Tropical Smoothie and Epic Wings, as well as a Midwest Express Clinic.

The Latitude Property Management Division will oversee all aspects related to the full-service management for the new development. “The developer did a wonderful job with the construction and with filling the building with such a strong tenant mix,” said Ryne Pishkur, director of property management at Latitude Commercial.
