Callizo Aromas Opens first US factory in Palestine Texas

Latin American Fragrance Company Opens Texas Plant

A Latin American fragrance company is opening up shop in Palestine, Texas. Perfect Life, likely known better world wide as Callizo Aromas, purchased a warehouse and land tract to develop their first factory facility in the U.S. for the creation and sale of aromatic ingredients for companies that manufacture mass consumer products. The 36,119 square foot warehouse is on 77 acres near W Reagan Street and Loop 256. Palestine is located between Dallas and Houston.

With current operations in Spain and throughout Latin America, including Costa Rica, Colombia, Peru, Paraguay, Venezuela and Mexico, Callizo Aromas primarily manufactures fragrances and flavors, including pet flavors, and zootechnics. The buyer, Perfect Life TX, LLC dba Callizo Aromas, was represented by Judy Beebe and Blake Gibson of Colliers. Private investor Tom Clamon and Baylor University were the sellers.
