Latin American Center Plans Move to Four Seasons Tower

HSBC has signed an 8,000-square-foot lease to relocate its Latin American International Center to Four Seasons Tower at 1441 Brickell Ave. in Miami. The new lease brings HSBC’s total occupancy at Four Seasons Tower to 90,000 square feet, making it the largest tenant at the property.

The bank’s Latin American International Center provides banking products and services to Latin American clients both in the U.S. and abroad. It will relocate to its new space from 55 Miracle Mile in Coral Gables by the end of 3Q 2016.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Gordon Messinger represented the Four Seasons Tower owner, Millennium Partners, in the transaction. Scott Sheron, with Jones Lang Lasalle, represented HSBC.
