Latest Rendering of 260 Kent at Domino Sugar’s Redevelopment

Before construction starts in May 2017, Two Trees Management has released new renderings of 260 Kent Avenue at the massive Domino Sugar redevelopment.

Designed by COOKFOX Architects, the shape of 260 Kent Avenue is inspired by the “molecular pattern and forms of sugar crystals,” according to Two Trees Management. It’s the second new building at the site of the old sugar factory. The first building will open its 522 apartments at 325 Kent Avenue in the second half of 2017, designed by SHoP Architects.

The 22-story tower at 260 Kent Avenue will include 13,000 square feet of retail and 330 rental apartments, more than 20 percent of which will be affordable to low-income residents.

Check more renderings of the site and its waterfront part here.
