Laser Away, SUOFEIYA Ink New Englewood Leases

Two leases were signed with The KABR Group’s headquarters at 28-46 South Dean Street in Englewood, New Jersey. The two retail deals total 4,606 square feet.

Medical spas Laser Away is going to occupy 2,100 square feet, Michael Miller of SCG Retail represented the tenant. SUOFEIYA is taking 2,120 square feet, the space will be a showroom for kitchen and baths. The 43,000-square-foot, redeveloped mixed-use building is home to over 14 national retailers, the property has 345 covered parking garages.
