
Las Vegas Office Building Trades for $23 Million
Marnell Corporate Center 3, a 71,400 square foot Class-A office building has sold for $325 a square foot to a private investor. The property was 87% occupied at the time of the sale.
Dornin Investment Group, the seller, had owned the property since 2014. They bought it for $222 a square foot. This property was the third and final disposition of a portfolio which sold for a combined price of $58.7 million.
The three-story office building is located adjacent to the McCarron International Airport and is close the the Las Vegas Strip.
