Las Vegas Integrated Health Village Gets MOB

Houston-based PMRG completed Henderson Medical Plaza on the campus of Henderson Hospital in Henderson, NV, southeast of Las Vegas. The 85,000-square-foot multi-tenant, comprehensive medical office building and surgery center is located at 1050 Galleria Drive, at U.S. 95.

The facility will be an integral part of the medical campus, adjoining the recently constructed Henderson Hospital, which opened in October 2016. Henderson Medical Plaza will focus on outpatient care and, in addition to the ambulatory surgery center, will include internal medicine and primary care complemented by a variety of specialty practice groups.

The hospital and MOB complement Union Village, an integrated health village, encompassing a modern community-based medical complex. PMRG says, the master-planned community is the first truly comprehensive, integrated health village of its kind. It is expected to eventually integrate the healthcare center with senior living facilities, skilled nursing, fitness centers, and residential housing.
