Las Vegas Gym Owner Opens Adjacent Rental Community
Life Time (NYSE:LTH) has opened up a 149-unit apartment building alongside its Henderson health club. The $70 million project has rents that start at around $2,600 a month and go as high as $7,000 for a penthouse suite. The project offers underground parking, EV charging stations and an onsite concierge.
Life Time Living residents, receive access to the onsite Life Time Athletic Resort and Spa, as well as nearly 160 Life Time destinations across the US and Canada. Features vary by location including cutting-edge fitness equipment, studio classes, locker rooms with luxury amenities, towel service, indoor and outdoor pools and onsite cafe, spa and child care center. This is the second club with adjacent apartment rentals. Coral Gables Florida is the site of the first completed high-end multifamily community.
