Las Vegas Developer Building $80M Denver Flex-Industrial Park

LaPour Partners projects investing $80 million on construction and plans to start work in late summer on the three-building, 359,800-square-foot project on 29 acres east of Wadsworth Parkway in Broomfield.

The Denver Business Journal reports The development, known as Arista 36, is hoping to attract biomedical, technology, research and development, lite manufacturing and warehousing tenants.

The Arista 36 project features a 133,600-square-foot building, a 150,600-square-foot structure and third building of 75,600 square feet. The first two buildings will have dozens of dock doors and share a 185-foot truck courtyard. There will be an emphasis on receiving the maximum amount of electrical power. The site plans to include 48 electric vehicle charging stations along with 4,000 amps of electrical power delivered at two of the buildings.

LaPour Partners expects to break ground on the project in September and deliver the finished buildings to tenants in 2025. Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners will recruit tenants to lease the warehouses.
