12-story Crestview Tower latest to sell in Las Colinas

Las Colinas 12 Story Tower Sells Off to Reserve Capital Partners

The 12-story Crestview Tower in Las Colinas is just the latest in a growing trend. In December, Austin-based investor Capital Commercial acquired the 350,000-square-foot  Exxon Mobil campus in Las Colinas. The Point at Las Colinas at 300 E. Carpenter Freeway in Irving sold less than a year ago.

Crestview Tower becomes the latest property to change hands in Las Colinas, a master-planned urban center in Irving, Texas. The Crestview Tower is located near State Highway 114 in Irving. The building includes almost 270,000 square feet of space and was built in 1982. It is 78% occupied.

It’s been bought by an investment group that includes an affiliate of Dallas’ Reserve Capital Partners. Southside Bank provided funding for the transaction. Reserve Capital will retain Stream’s Dallas office led by Tim Terrell to lease the 12-story building. Reserve Capital’s construction team will oversee a multi-million-dollar renovation.
