Larry Bijou Wins Developer of the Year Honorable Mention

Larry Bijou, managing partner of Bijou Properties, won a LOCUS Developer of the Year Honorable Mention award from Smart Growth America.
The accolade cited Bijou’s Park + Garden, a 12-story, 212-home luxury rental building located at 1450 Garden Street in Hoboken, NJ.
“Park + Garden, located one block from bus service and four blocks from ferry service into Manhattan, is a great example of smart growth and how good planning around public transportation can benefit the community-at-large,” says Bijou.
