Largest CT Office Sale in ’23: Pond View Corporate Center, $30M
POND, LLC, an entity controlled by Sovereign Partners, has sold Pond View Corporate Center in Farmington, CT., to a private family office for $29.75 million. This transaction marks the largest office sale of the year in Connecticut.
Located at 74 & 76 Batterson Park Road, the two-building, 225,551-square-foot office property is located on the I-84 corridor. The property is 92% leased and underwent recent capital investments to enhance tenant amenities.
CBRE’s Institutional Properties team, including Jeffrey Dunne, Steven Bardsley, Travis Langer, and Daniel Blumenkrantz, along with John McCormick of CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services, represented the seller. CBRE also facilitated the acquisition for the buyer, making it their first investment in the region.
