Larger Event Space Joins Manhatta at Fosun Hive’s 28 Liberty in FiDi

Fosun Hive Holdings has launched Halo, a 30,000-square-foot event space at the base of 28 Liberty, its 2.2-million-square-foot office tower in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District. Halo is designed for a wide array of events, accommodating up to 750 guests and complementing Union Square Hospitality’s Manhatta, a restaurant and event space on the top floor.

Halo, which is actively hosting events as construction is completed, is positioned at street level at Liberty and William streets with direct site lines to foot traffic and access to lower levels. The venue is accessible to six subway lines and is a five-minute walk from the Fulton Street transit hub and the World Trade Center transit hub.

“28 Liberty has become one of the city’s premier destinations for events, and we are excited to expand our offerings with this extraordinary and flexible new space,” said Jason Berkeley, Four Trees COO and Fosun Hive Holdings partner. Fosun has engaged Hush Venues, a leading events planner, to market the new space.
