Laramar Group Snags Fractured Condos in Tampa for $49M

Laramar Group acquired 379 units at Stillwater Palms, a 432-unit condominium community in Tampa for $49.6 million.

Built in 1985, Stillwater Palms is located at 2350 Cypress Pond Rd., in the Palm Harbor area of Tampa. The community was renovated in 2017 and features full-size washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances and closets with built-in shelving. Community amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, cabanas, hammocks, a resort-style pool and picnic areas.

Jason Stanton and Cole Whitaker of Berkadia’s Orlando office represented the seller, Aspen Square Management, in the transaction.
