Laramar Group Promotes Two in Chicago Offices

The Laramar Group, a real estate investment and property management company based in Chicago and Denver, has promoted Jeanne Schwab to COO and Josh Harris to CFO. Schwab rejoined Laramar in 2018 as SVP of operations.

With the promotion to CFO, Harris is now responsible for the management and oversight of all financial activities of the company. In his new role he oversees technology & innovation, marketing, and learning & development disciplines, as well as Laramar Construction Services, Laramar’s full-service project management division. 

“Jeanne Schwab and Josh Harris are an integral part of our executive management team and have been instrumental in strengthening the operational and financial leadership of our firm,” said Scott McMillan, president of Laramar. “They have a proven track record of directing company initiatives that support our employees and clients, helping to ensure continued growth in the multifamily sector.”
