Laramar Group Hires Ferrero as Executive VP in Boston
National real estate investment and property management company The Laramar Group has hired David Ferrero as executive vice president of capital markets in the firm’s Boston office. Ferrero will focus on working with the firm’s current investor relationships and engaging new investors for Laramar’s investment platforms.
Ferrero brings more than 30 years of real estate investment experience to the firm and was previously a partner at Alcion Ventures in Boston. While at Alcion, Ferrero helped generate more than $1 billion in capital raises for two funds. Ferrero joins Laramar Group from Mosaic Building Group, where he was head of real estate and business development.
