Landsea Unveils Final Homes at ShadeTree

Homebuilder Landsea Homes Corporation has announced the final opportunities to purchase a ShadeTree property in Ontario, CA. Less than 20 homes remain in the development that includes one- and two-story single family residences with prices starting in the 900,000’s.

“Since opening in 2020, new homebuyers have strongly responded to the wonderful and unique lifestyle created at ShadeTree,” said Landsea’s Patrick Higgins in a news release. “Each home has been thoughtfully planned with high efficiency state-of-the-art technology and amenities to ensure residents thrive and enjoy living in this community.”

The homes still available in the Amberly, Birchley, Elmwood and Willowton neighborhoods are equipped with smart home automation technology that includes Apple HomePods, thermostat control and dimmer switches while the community boasts a Rec Center, Party Pavilion and pool area with spa and cabanas.

ShadeTree’s Ontario location is centrally located near employers, restaurants and entertainment destinations, including the Ontario Mills and Victoria Gardens shopping centers.
