Landsea Taps Greystone’s Preschel as Sales VP

Landsea Homes has hired Jill Preschel as its new VP of sales and marketing for the company’s rapidly-growing Eastern region, with multifamily properties throughout New York City, New Jersey and Boston. Preschel comes to Landsea Homes from Greystone Development, where she served as VP of marketing.

In her most recent role at Greystone, Preschel oversaw the sales, marketing and leasing efforts for the entire residential portfolio. While at Greystone, she spearheaded over one million square feet throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Long Island, Miami and the West Coast.

Prior to Greystone, Preschel served as the senior sales and marketing director at Alchemy Properties.  In this role, she oversaw over $400 million in residential sales, including the Woolworth Tower Residences, 35XV and Sackett Union Condominiums. Preschel got her start in real estate at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, focusing on the marketing initiatives for the Extell Development portfolio.
