Landsea Launches New Development in Patterson

Landsea Homes Corporation has begun construction on its newest community, Blossom at the Baldwin Ranch in Patterson. The new community continues Landsea Homes’ expansion into the Central Valley.

“We’re excited to see Blossom at Baldwin Ranch really come to life over the next several months,” said Josh Santos, Northern California Division president. “We experienced great success in Tracy, with our Ellis master-planned community that sold out last month. The demand for new homes is high in this region and we’re looking forward to providing more opportunities for residents to own and live in their element.”

Blossom at Baldwin Ranch will feature single-family detached homes with floorplans ranging from 1,766 square feet to 2,449 square feet. Homebuyers will be able to choose from plans that offer single or two-story options and up to four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Prices are anticipated to start in the high-$400K range.
