Landsea Homes Relocates HQ to Newport Center
Landsea Homes relocated its corporate headquarters to Irvine Co.’s 660 Newport Center Dr., a 16-story office tower in Newport Beach, CA. The homebuilder created an innovative, open design for the new 10,671-square-foot workspace in an effort to promote collaboration between departments and encourage creative thinking, strategic brainstorming and problem-solving.
Landsea Homes’ John Ho says, “It was important for us to establish a strong corporate headquarters presence in a thriving area that can support the ongoing expansion and growth of our local divisional operations in Southern California, Northern California, Arizona and the Northeast.”
The new space will house corporate strategy, legal, finance and capital markets, and provide oversight of all of the company’s homebuilding operations across the nation. The company’s headquarters previously were located at 7525 Irvine Center Dr. in Irvine, where the SoCal division employees will remain.
CBRE’s Justin Hill and Peter Wells brokered the deal.
