Landsea Homes Ontario ShadeTree Development Sells Out

Three years after opening its ShadeTree master planned community in Ontario, CA, residential homebuilder Landsea Homes has announced the 432 one- and two-story single-family homes have completely sold out.

“Since opening in 2020, new homebuyers quickly and strongly responded to the wonderful and unique lifestyle created at ShadeTree,” said Landsea Homes VP Patrick Higgins. “Each home was thoughtfully planned with high efficiency, state-of-the-art technology and amenities to ensure residents would thrive in this community for years to come.”

The ShadeTree development, situated on 84 acres at South Archibald and Merrill Avenues, consists of 4 neighborhoods: Amberly, Birchley, Elmwood and Willowton. All homes are equipped with smart home automation technology utilized by the Apple HomeKit environment. Amenities include a Recreation Center, Party Pavilion, pool area, open play space and dog park.

Other Landsea master planned communities in the Inland Empire include the currently-selling homes at Neuhouse in Ontario and the soon-to-open Narra Hills in Fontana.
