Landsea Homes Breaks Ground on Ontario Development

Landsea Homes Corporation said Tuesday it had broken ground on 191 homes, which will make up a new community called Dusa in Ontario. The development will feature 95 single-family homes ranging from 2,027 to 2,317 square feet and 96 townhomes ranging from 1,317 to 1,611 square feet.

“We have officially expanded our presence in the Inland Empire with the addition of Dusa to our community portfolio,” said Tom Baine, Southern California Division president, Landsea Homes. “It is a very important and successful market for Landsea as we continue to expand in Southern California. Breaking ground is always an exciting milestone in the evolution of a new community, and we look forward to providing additional opportunities for buyers to own attainable and high-quality High Performance homes come next year.”

Residents will have access to a large community pool, park with picnic area, tot lot and an open space activity lawn. Homes are expected to begin selling in late 2024.
