LandPark Picks Up Houston Office Tower

LandPark Advisors acquired a 16-story office tower, and announced the signing of a notable tenant. The Houston Business Journal reports the Porter Law Firm tapped LandPark Advisors to help it find a new office space to move into after the firm decided to move out of 2221 S. Voss St.

LandPark Advisors said it has already added several new tenants at 2603 Augusta in addition to Porter Law Firm since purchasing the building. Existing tenants include architecture firm Johnston LLC, Horizon Wealth Advisors, law firm Hampton & King and TXU Energy, among others.

The building at 2603 Augusta offers 244,804 square feet of Class A office space, as well as a range of amenities that include a fitness center, a tenant break lounge with bourbon lockers and a conference center. Additional upgrades include newly renovated bathrooms, enhanced infrastructure and an adjacent parking garage. LandPark plans to add a pickleball court and a golf simulator.
