LandPark Commercial Tapped for 397 N Sam Houston Parkway East

LandPark Commercial LLC has been named exclusive management and leasing company for 397 N Sam Houston Parkway East, a Class B office building, in North Houston. The 68,000-square-foot building, also known as the Omni Bank Building, is near Bush Intercontinental Airport. The owner, listed as JLC Omni LLC of Troy, MI (traced to CRG Investment Properties LLC), acquired the building in 2012.

Current tenants at the property include Bank of the Ozarks, Gazaway & Co., Genuine Journey Media, Tiffany’s Custom Catering and Soconord Corp. “397 N Sam Houston Parkway offers a variety of unique leasing opportunities available for small- to medium-size businesses, at very competitive rates, with stable ownership,” said LandPark’s Bill McGrath. McGrath and Will McGrath are handling leasing and management for the property.

LandPark Commercial LLC is a subsidiary of LandPark Advisors LLC, headquartered in Houston.
