Landmark wraps up the Everstead at Windrose in Spring

Houston-Area BTR Community Leasing Homes

Leasing is ongoing at Landmark Properties, The Everstead at Windrose. The company, known best for student housing, has three BTR projects in various stages of production. Even though residents have been moving in since last October, the grand opening is slated for next week.

Located at 7801 Farm to Market 2920 in Klein, Texas, the project will consist of 194 townhouses, single-family homes, and cottage-style homes. Rent starts at $1,750 for a one-bedroom home and $2,270 for a 1,580-square-foot three-bedroom house. There are also four-bedroom units.

The homes include a backyard with a private patio. Some units will feature 10-foot ceilings and an attached garage or storage room. The gated community will provide residents with access to amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, playground, grilling area, dog park, hammock garden, Bocce Ball court, and coffee bar. On-site parking will be available, with several spaces dedicated to guests.

Landmark partnered with Principal Real Estate Investors on the project, and Phoenix-based TSB Capital Advisors arranged financing.
