Landmark Expands International, Family Office Investment Team

Newport Beach, CA-based Landmark Capital appointed Jack Hsu as Director of Capital Relationships. He brings nearly 20 years of international finance and investment experience to a role focused on helping domestic and international capital find real estate investment opportunities.

Landmark Capital’s David Kidder says, “International and family office investors are becoming one of the most recognized complements to traditional capital sources. We believe this is a long-term trend and having Jack on board increases our fluency in this space.”

Hsu joins Landmark after serving as executive director of UC Irvine’s Long US-China Institute for Business and Law. While there, he developed programming and cultivated international relationships between business interests in the U.S. and China.

Previously, Hsu helped launch, build and grow PIMCO’s largest office in Asia, located in Tokyo. He also gained CRE experience at AIG Investments and CBRE Investors.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
