“Landmark” Eatery Will Reopen with Larger Site at Flushing MXU

Two months after closing up shop, popular Shanghainese restaurant Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao has committed to a larger location down the street. The restaurant has signed a 10-year lease for 5,113 square feet at F&T Group’s One Fulton Square mixed-use development in Flushing.

Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao is slated to open this fall, as part of a curated array of restaurants that will also include Malaysian fast casual eatery Pappa Rich, and white-napkin Sichuan concept Guan Fu. Other components of One Fulton Square will be a residential condominium tower and a 168-key Hyatt Place.

“Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao is a cherished Flushing landmark, and personally one of my longtime favorite restaurants in the neighborhood,” said F&T EVP Helen Lee. “We are very proud to welcome this beloved eatery to One Fulton Square and can’t wait to celebrate their grand re-opening alongside their loyal fans and our community.”
