Landmark Companies Building $63M Corinth Rental Community
Landmark Companies secured $45 million in construction financing for Arden at Corinth, a multifamily project located at 3451 FM2181, Corinth, Texas. A New York City-based debt fund provided the three-year loan. The total project cost is $63,300,000. Corinth is a city within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex in Denton County. Located in the north-central portion of Texas, this region has proven to be one of the top growth areas in the state.
The project, a 296-unit Class A multifamily development comprised of two 3-story buildings with 268 units and four 2-story townhome buildings containing 28 units, is scheduled to deliver its first phase by Q1 in 2024.
Upon completion, Arden at Corinth will have numerous resort-style amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness area, pool, outdoor barbeques, and dog park, as well as private balconies and patios.
Landmark Companies has developed more than 6,300 multifamily units and one million square feet of industrial development.
