Managers at a Midtown office tower gave out 240 pints of ice cream to office workers July 13, 2017.

“We are very thrilled that so many Tower 45 tenants came out and enjoyed our ice cream social. Kamber Management takes great pride in our tenant community involvement, and are happy we were able to offer this refuge from the hot summer day,” said Steven Levy, principal at Kamber Management, owner of the Tower 45 property, located at 120 West 45th St.

Companies have recently signed leases for 72,000 square feet of office space, bringing the property to 85% occupancy.
