Land Advisors Organization Brokers $9M Sale of Pinellas Park Development Site

Land Advisors Organization’s Tampa Bay office has arranged the $9.2 million sale of a 19-acre multifamily development site in Pinellas Park. The planned development, which is located at 7950 Park Blvd., is slated to consist of 349 units.

Nancy Surak of Land Advisors Organization Tampa Bay arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, Huntley Properties. The buyer was Birmingham-based LIV Development.

“Outside of downtown St. Petersburg, Pinellas County is significantly under supplied for new residential housing. This project will deliver much-needed new, high-quality housing in the heart of Pinellas Park, FL,” said Surak. “Multifamily housing adds to the diversity of housing stock for current and new residents and we are excited about being involved in this project.”
