Land Advisors Expands Capital Advisory to Texas

Land Advisors Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Land Advisors Organization, has expanded its capital advisory services platform to Texas. Michael Zarola will serve as managing director in Land Advisors’ new Austin office.

Zarola will lead the Land Advisors Capital team and its nationwide advisory services, which include project and/or company-level capitalization and consulting services; non-traditional loans on land; and development infrastructure investment funding.

A veteran fund manager, Zarola has facilitated investment relationships between the capital market and residential builder/developers for 20-plus years. He has focused his efforts in many of the top homebuilding markets, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Texas, Utah and Washington.

“By expanding our capital advisory services with a presence in Texas, Land Advisors Capital will be well-positioned to facilitate new relationships between builders and developers with the capital markets during this critical time in our economy,” said Greg Vogel, founder and CEO of Land Advisors Organization.
