Land Acquired for $7.5B Energy-Efficient Mini-City in Las Vegas
The developers of Bleutech Park secured a parcel of land at the south end of the Las Vegas Strip for a $7.5-billion energy-efficient mini-city. Located at Las Vegas Blvd. South and Cactus, the 210-acre project promises to usher in an unprecedented renaissance of the global digital infrastructure industry into Southern Nevada.
The land was sold by Larry Canarelli, founder of American West Homes, and Khusrow “K.” Roohani, owner of Seven Valleys Realty and Construction.
The innovative project will feature 100% “off-the-grid,” ultra-luxury residential, sustainable living residential, tech-smart office facilities, retail space, a futuristic 3,000-key hotel, a dream surfing destination with innovative wave pool and an exotic beach environment, in addition to a full-entertainment, state-of-the-art, 1,200-foot tower.
The net-zero buildings will be equipped with new, self-healing concrete, energy-generating and breathable materials. Bleutech Park will design and present 33 supertrees as vertical gardens ranging in height from 50 feet to 100 feet, with an emphasis placed on the vertical display of desert plants and foliage.
