Land Acquired for 560K-SF Cypress Preserve Logistics Center

Davis Commercial Development acquired 34.9 acres in north Houston, with plans to design and build Cypress Preserve Logistics Center. The speculative, 560,000-square-foot industrial park will contain two cross-dock buildings and two single-tenant buildings, and be situated on Cypress Slough Drive near Interstate 45 and FM 1960. The project is expected to deliver in Q4 2019.

Walker B. Barnett, SIOR and Ryan Byrd of Colliers International | Houston will represent Davis Commercial Development in marketing and leasing activities for the park. Todd Edmonds, SIOR and Michelle Soderberg, also with Colliers International, advised the land seller, Hendricks Interests LLC.

“We are developing to Class A institutional standards in the north market located at the mid-point of Beltway 8 and the Grand Parkway,” said Jeff Stringer of Davis Commercial Development. β€œIn addition, we are in the shadow of George Bush Intercontinental Airport, and all of the new and existing residential roof-tops on the north side of Houston.”
