TA Realty has sold Alta Green Mountain, a 260-unit multifamily community in Lakewood, Colorado, for $104.6 million. TA Realty purchased the property for $91 million in 2020. Northmarq represented TA. The buyer was Sagard Real Estate.

Northmarq’s Denver Multifamily Investment Sales team, led by Dave Martin and Brian Mooney, brokered the deal.

Built in 2020 by Wood Partners, Alta Green Mountain features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with an average unit size of 964 square feet. It’s located at 13055 W. Mississippi Ct. Apartments include mountain views and panoramic views of Denver.

Community amenities include a clubhouse, outdoor kitchen and grilling areas, scenic overlook firepit, dog spa, storage units, year-round pool and spa, athletic club with yoga and spin room, innovation lounge with computer access and individual work rooms, onsite dog park and run, bike and ski repair shop and community game room.
