Lakeshore Plaza at Dos Lagos Advances in Corona

The second phase of development is set to begin at Lakeshore Plaza at Dos Lagos in Corona, CA. The four-story, 146,000-square-foot glass building at 4140 Temescal Canyon Rd. is the first Class A office development in Corona since 2008, and the first in the Inland Empire since 2012.

The site has convenient access to residential hubs in Corona and South Riverside County. Lakeshore Plaza is part of a master–planned community that includes an on-site hotel, apartments, retail and dining.

Lee & Associates’ Thomas P. Pierik, SIOR, Dave Mudge, SIOR, and Andrew Peake are handling the leasing. The project is expected to be completed in April 2020.

Pierik says, “It will provide larger tenants an opportunity to custom design their floor plan in a campus environment, while providing the new amenities tenants and their employees demand. Indoor and outdoor shared workplaces, and nearby restaurants and shopping are only a few of the amenities Lakeshore Plaza will provide.”
