Lakes at Stillwater to Debut in Minnesota
Intergenerational Living & Health Care Inc. (IGLHC) purchased an option to acquire 57 acres at the end of Long Lake on the western edge of Stillwater, MN. There, the landowner will partner with Goodman Group LLC and Northland Real Estate Group LLC, to develop its first senior living community, Lakes of Stillwater.
The $70 million, mixed-use seniors center will be built in three phases. The first phase will consist of 139 independent, assisted living and memory care units. The second phase will offer 30 independent living villas, while phase three will have 70 units for active adults.
According to the website, the project is expected to deliver in 2018.
