Lakeland Office Property Trades for $10M

Citizens Bank & Trust

The Citizens Bank & Trust Building

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $9.8 million sale of Citizens Bank & Trust, a 69,447-square-foot office property in Lakeland.

Located at 402 S Kentucky Ave., the property is fully occupied by a roster of regional and national tenants, including Morgan and Morgan, Citizens Bank and Trust, RKK Engineering, Fuzion Zone, Adecco Recruiting, the FBI, Raymond James and Florida DOE. The property also features an on-site parking garage.

Douglas Mandel and Jaclyn Blair of Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The buyer was 1325 Gateway, a limited liability company.
