Lakeland Industrial Property Trades for $7M

SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate has brokered the $7 million sale of the Century Boulevard Industrial Park, a 124,500-square-foot industrial facility in Lakeland.

Located in West Lakeland, the steel warehousing space is fully leased to 38 tenants. The West Lakeland area is one of the fastest-growing industrial markets in the country and is centrally located in Florida’s I-4 corridor. The property sold within 2% of asking price, according to SVN.

Augie Schmidt of SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was also undisclosed.
