Lakeland Industrial Facility Trades for $18M

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $17.8 million sale of 2850 Interstate Drive, a 139,500-square-foot warehouse/distribution building located in Lakeland.

The nine-acre industrial property is centrally located between Tampa and Orlando, offering easy access to two major Florida markets, and features clear heights of 30 feet as well as 40 dock-high and two ramped drive-in doors.

Rick Brugge, Rick Colon, Mike Davis and Dominic Montazemi of Cushman & Wakefield represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. INDUS Realty Trust, a real estate business engaged in developing, acquiring, managing and leasing high-quality industrial and logistics properties, acquired the property.
